WHO ARE WE?

Just twin sisters making your life that bit easier.... Zoe and Alex both graduated Oxford Media & Business School in 2014 with Distinction Honours and have been working in finance London ever since. With over a decades experience each, it's fair to say we've pretty much seen it all, and nothing really rattles us anymore. We're really looking forward to working with you.

Zoe Walsh

Zoe has spent the last ten years working in private equity fund placement, where she started as Team Assistant and worked her way up to Operations Manager & EA to the Managing Partner.

  • Do you require a contract to be signed?
    Yes, we require every client to sign a basic contract. This contract will be provided by us and will outline all requirements, terms, fees and payment structures agreed between both parties.
  • Do you have pricing plans, or are services charged per hour?
    For our Virtual Assistant service we offer three different tier pricing plans, each with packaged hourly rates. Events are charged per event, depending on the event itself, the size and your requirements. We will go over everything and once we know your requirements we will send you over a bespoke proposal for your project. Depending on your requirements, we are also happy to provide help to our clients on a more ad hoc basis. This 'pay as you go' service is charged by an hourly rate.
  • Are you happy to sign an NDA?
    We totally respect that discretion is incredibly important to all of our clients, and that the work we will do for our client's is incredibly confidential. We, of course, have absolutely no issue signing an NDA if any of our clients would prefer us to. We can provide an NDA for you, or alternatively we will happily sign one provided by our client.
  • Is there a minimum time commitment required per client per month?
    Yes, we have a minimum time commitment for our Virtual Assistant service, where we offer three different tier pricing plans, each with packaged hourly rates. For this service 10 hours is the minimum time commitment required per client, per month. However, we do have a 'pay as you go' service, which is charged by an hourly rate, if you require assistance on a more ad hoc basis. This service has no minimum time commitment.
